Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the opportunity to request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it.
Please note that some items are not eligible for a refund, such as personalized products or items marked as final sale.
Reimbursement process
Contact our customer service at kidbaby2022@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including the return authorization number.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your credit card (or original payment method) within 5 business days.
